Your Data Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by Irish Media Directory.
Right of access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification
You can correct inaccurate data at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us.
Right to erasure
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. Account deletion removes your public profile immediately and queues permanent deletion of stored media within 30 days.
Right to data portability
You can request an export of your profile data in a machine-readable format.
Right to object
You can object to processing of your data for marketing or profiling purposes. We do not currently perform automated profiling.
How to exercise your rights
Email us at privacy@irishmedia.directory with your request. We will respond within 30 days.
Supervisory authority
If you are based in the Republic of Ireland, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. For Northern Ireland, contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
